Digital Asset Producer

We are seeking a Digital Asset Producer to join our team at Once Upon A Time, an integrated marketing agency based in London, New York, Sydney and LA. We specialise in building brands and creating end-to-end campaigns for our clients across the entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering creative output and building strong client relationships. A background in creative production, versioning and localisation of digital and static materials is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on creative production and delivery of digital asset suites for a key streaming client
- Managing the development of original creative for a number of projects on a weekly basis
- Feeding in to all aspects of operations for this single creative workflow including – but not limited to - involvement in Quarterly Business Reviews and weekly client status meetings
- Occasionally working with transcreation partners or in house native speakers (covering a number of EMEA languages) in order to refine creative content
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as one of their primary points of contact for all aspects of this account / workflow
- Running all administration tasks associated with this workflow including updating status reports, writing briefs, tracking resource hours / costs and invoicing against work that's been delivered
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client service role within a marketing agency (typically 3+ years), with a solid background in managing large scale creative production / localisation campaigns
- Familiar with developing key art and creative origination and adaptation
- Strong experience in building solid client relationships, and retaining & growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and understanding account profitability
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Used to working with Microsoft and Google suites
- A positive go-getter attitude is a must
We offer a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience.
