We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our European team in London. As a key member of our Sales Administration team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the Order-to-Cash process for key accounts and wholesale clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders, fulfillments, and invoicing promptly, meeting all agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with the European Customer Services Sell in Manager to drive Supply Chain projects and identify areas for enhancement within Sales Administration teams throughout Europe.
- Manage Order to Cash process for Key Accounts and Wholesale orders across Europe, ensuring claims are addressed if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering, advising, and guiding customers via phone or email in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process invoices on the day orders are shipped by the warehouse and run weekly reports to ensure all orders are invoiced.
- Support the improvement of business processes, aligning and simplifying ways of working across European Sales Administration teams.
- Contribute to supply chain transformational projects across Europe to drive efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years' Wholesale Administrative experience, coupled with excellent customer service experience.
- Proficient IT skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and previous use of SAP, EDI, and E-Gate.
- A permanent role, paying £32k-£34k, based in our central London office 3 days a week, 2 days from home.
