Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at RedCat Pubs. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Procedural Adherence: Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • COSHH Knowledge: Familiarity with COSHH regulations and procedures is an advantage.
  • Communication: Effective communication with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Cleanliness and Attention to Detail: Impeccable cleaning skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some mid-week shifts.
