About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Chef to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals to our children.

Key Responsibilities

• To cook and provide freshly prepared meals, and snacks, in line with food hygiene and safety regulations.
• To follow safe working practices for children and staff and to comply with Busy Bees food hygiene and safety policies.
• To comply with the company's procedures relating to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
• To maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.

Requirements

• A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a childcare or education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
