About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at Chicken & Grill pubs, an important part of the McMullen's family. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, serving drinks and food in a warm and friendly manner, and maintaining the high standards of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
  • Serve drinks and food efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises
