About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate / Assistant Surveyor to join our team in Didcot. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day commercial management of our projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure project profitability, build strong relationships with all stakeholders, and contribute to health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing subcontractors and preparing accurate financial reports
- Offer general administrative support to the site commercial team
- Contribute to change management and tendering processes
- Ensure project profitability and build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements

- Relevant qualifications and experience in commercial management
- Understanding of achieving the best value outcome and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
