We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our dynamic team at a reputable Care Home. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious meals for our service users, taking into consideration their dietary needs and preferences.

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Collaborate with the team to create menu plans that cater to the diverse tastes and nutritional needs of our residents
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and minimize food waste

• Experience as a Cook in a similar setting, preferably within a care home or healthcare environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with relevant certifications
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for cooking nutritious and delicious meals

This permanent and full-time position requires a full driving license to get to site. Hours will be between 9:30am and 6:30pm, 7 days a week, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
