  • Oversight of showroom layout and management of staff

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in managing or developing staff, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a background in face-to-face customer sales, ideally within the KBB industry. Additionally, you should have a keen understanding of market trends to influence showroom operations. Our ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written, and numerical literacy, as well as relevant experience in a similar customer-facing environment with a focus on premium products.
