Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Production Processes and analyse trends to prepare reports for weekly technical reviews
  • Handle Customer Complaints and review supplier performance to ensure corrective actions
  • Maintain Supplier Approval Lists and complete Supplier Approval Questionnaires (SAQs) for customers
  • Ensure Accurate Log Maintenance of complaints and non-conformances
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills in English with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving skills to monitor trends and solve problems quickly
  • Computer Literacy and Numeracy skills to perform tasks efficiently
  • Understanding of Food Manufacturing Processes and meat science/technology
  • Health and Safety Standards enforcement in a food production environment
  • Relevant Qualifications or Certifications in food safety, such as Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety
  • HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 desirable but not mandatory
  • Food Science Degree or Field Experience desirable but not mandatory
