Job Title: Chef Manager, Sushi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Hana Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our sushi chefs and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sushi preparation and presentation, with experience in leading a team of chefs in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, as well as ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sushi chefs to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Conduct regular food safety and quality audits
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH desirable
  • Experience in leading a team of chefs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and presentation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
