Clinical Lead Job Description

Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead for a National Private Healthcare Provider.

The role is based in a purpose-built care home, designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for residents with Dementia and Elderly General and Mental Health conditions.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will use your professional judgement to make clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to meet the needs of every resident.

You will provide effective leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence, including clinical training and competencies, and have a good knowledge of CQC guidelines to ensure continued compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing specialist training and mentoring to engage and inspire the team

Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and conducting yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Effectively managing your own workload, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication and record keeping

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

NMC registered with active PIN number without restrictions on practice

Experience in a senior or similar role

Elderly/Dementia care experience

A full UK driving license and access to your own car

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check will be required. If you have a DBS registered to the update service, this would be advantageous.
