Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist brokers in understanding and selling Tomato Energy's products and services, including electricity, gas, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Help brokers with quotations, contracts, and any needed documentation to finalize sales.
  • Track broker performance and provide guidance on improving sales tactics.
  • Support brokers in acquiring new clients for Tomato Energy by providing product training, marketing materials, and customer insights.
  • Monitor broker sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze broker sales data to identify opportunities for increased engagement and performance improvement.
  • Ensure that brokers adhere to energy market regulations and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with energy market trends, pricing changes, and regulatory developments, and communicate relevant updates to brokers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Relevant certifications in energy management or sales can be beneficial.
  • Experience in account management or sales, especially in energy, utilities, or a related field, would be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and draw actionable insights.
