About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreperson to join our team at Pin Point Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including vans and plant equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise teams of employees and subcontractors, allocating tasks and ensuring work standards are maintained.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of service within your area of operation, including grass cutting, raking, and edging, weeding, sweeping, litter picking, and leaf collection.
  • Horticultural Operations: Assist with horticultural operations such as planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and other gardening tasks as required.
  • Health and Safety: Effective deployment of all company health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Business Development: Promote the company and identify potential leads from sites and local press.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets, works control tick sheets, rotas, absence request forms, and job sheets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
