This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Paraplanner to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm in the Midlands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a full paraplanning function to one of the Senior Financial Advisors, ensuring exceptional client service and compliance are always delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Client File Management: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Cash Flow Modelling: Build and maintain cash flow models to support financial planning recommendations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable financial planning solutions for clients.
- Recommendations and Reports: Prepare and present detailed recommendations and suitability reports to clients and Senior Financial Advisors.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients' legal and tax advisors to ensure seamless implementation of recommendations.
- Compliance and Implementation: Oversee the implementation of recommendations, ensuring all necessary compliance is in place.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings as required, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a financial services environment.
- Suitability Report Writing: Excellent suitability report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Cash Flow Modelling: Experience with cash flow modelling software would be highly desirable.
- Qualifications: Hold a full Diploma in Financial Planning or be close to achieving this qualification.
- Personal Qualities: Be enthusiastic about the profession, forward-thinking, and committed to doing the right thing for clients and colleagues.
