Technical Solutions Manager for Toner-Based Production Equipment

Fujifilm Corporation is a leading provider of innovative imaging solutions, and we are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise on assigned product portfolios of toner-based equipment, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electromechanical service or graphics arts technology, with a minimum of 10 years' experience servicing equipment or applications for toner-based production equipment. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in travel schedules.

As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing technical assessments, product testing, and validation of new and current products
  • Conducting training classes, including onsite training as needed
  • Providing customer support technicians with product technical updates and service process updates
  • Acting as the main backup for FTS phone support personnel
  • Managing product line improvement for service revenue based on performance
  • Serving as the point of contact for escalated product performance issues
  • Managing customer escalations for product to successful resolution
  • Acting as the point person on all product quality issues, including root cause analysis and R&D changes necessary for overall product success
  • Liaising directly with product manufacturers (including overseas)
  • Providing 2nd-line support to internal support technicians
