Role Overview

Flame PR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As a senior contact for multiple clients, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results, mentoring the internal team, and building award-winning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client service and contribute to agency performance
  • Develop interesting and engaging media hooks, from pitches to the changing news agenda
  • Develop a wide network and nurture key contacts
  • Manage, train and mentor your team
  • Collaborate with the senior team to identify and win new business
  • Champion the agency values and brand

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex industry information with both clients and the media
  • Experience working on new business proposals and winning
