Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Social Work Professional to join our team in various Adults teams in Manchester. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide social work services to adults in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of care plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of adult social care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
