Prospectus-4, a leading national charity, is seeking a skilled Strategic Policy Advisor to play a key role in driving systems change and developing effective strategies for policy implementation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers flexibility on hybrid work at our London Office, with a minimum requirement of four days per month. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Income Generation and External Affairs and collaborate with the leadership team to manage critical policy relationships and advance broader organisational objectives.

We are looking for a proactive leader with a proven track record in strategic policy development and implementation, strong writing skills, and experience working with policymakers, including elected officials, government departments, businesses, charity partners, think tanks, and research organisations.

The ideal candidate will have experience securing positive policy changes at both local and national levels, devising and executing effective strategies, and solid management experience. A strong grasp of political dynamics, including the parliamentary process in the UK, is essential.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
