About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Residential Property Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors, ensuring the smooth execution of residential property transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to our Fee Earning team, including updating client information and taking instructions.
  2. Preparing draft documents and issuing sales contracts, as well as requesting mortgage redemption figures.
  3. Coordinating the exchange of contracts on sales and purchases, including ordering searches and drafting transfer deeds.
  4. Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the legal sector.
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office packages effectively.

Package

  • Salary range: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
