We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and targeting new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a business plan to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain and develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and extending the customer base.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, enquiries, and quotes, and maintain strong sales administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a first-class service is provided to customers at all times.
- Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and decision makers within client companies.
- Plan approaches, sales presentations, and pitches.
- Meet yearly and monthly sales targets assigned to you.
