Job Overview

In this role as a Sales Consultant, you will be part of the Porcelanosa SA team in Norwich, working closely with clients to identify their needs and suggest suitable solutions from our product range. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will greet clients personally upon entry to the showroom, building rapport and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Recommend suitable product ranges to clients based on their specifications, including dimensions and budget.
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotations within agreed time scales.
  • Handle payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card transactions, ensuring complete documentation.
  • Answer telephone calls and address client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow the agreed sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Personal Attributes and Skills
  • A smart personal appearance is essential for making a positive impression on clients.
  • You should possess clear and positive communication skills, along with good negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or the underlying traits to excel in this role are highly desirable.

Education and Qualifications
  • A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy is necessary for success in this position.
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment would be advantageous, but on-the-job training and formal internal training will be provided to support your growth.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
