Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective social value strategies, enhancing our company culture, and driving environmental and economic benefits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to create engaging bid proposals.
  • Built and maintain positive relationships with local communities, companies, and educational institutions.
  • Support recruitment for apprenticeships and placements.
  • Manage and develop marketing materials.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Leading CSR activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Producing high-quality content for social media, our website, and newsletters.
  • Liaising with site teams to gather progress reports and stay up-to-date with local news.
  • Representing Fawkes & Reece South as a community representative.
