Job Title: Inventory Management Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Management Assistant to join our team at British Red Cross Volunteer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in stock management and contribute to our mission of providing humanitarian support.

About the Job

This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of our shop, including checking item quality, preparing stock for sale or recycling, replenishing stock on the shop floor, ironing, cleaning, labelling, and pricing items for sale. You will also be responsible for general activities around the shop.

No experience is required as full training will be provided. You will not be expected to use a till or computer in this role.

A few hours during the week or weekend, as agreed with the shop manager, will be required.

We offer a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, reasonable pre-agreed travel expenses for the role, including training. You will also have the opportunity to be part of the world's largest humanitarian organisation and make a positive difference.
