The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Protocol Education, you will play a key role in building relationships with schools and educators, creating a better education experience for pupils. You will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area, with support from our experienced team. Your mission will be to:
- Deliver exceptional results by identifying and recruiting top teaching talent and support staff to meet the needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through exceptional customer service and market-leading communication.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives.
About You
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the education sector. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will thrive in our team if you:

- Have a proven track record of recruitment and sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a strong project management background, with experience in planning, delivering, and following up projects.
- Are results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
Our Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped individual commission scheme and additional cash bonuses for performance.
