We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Party Pub Company. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant late-night venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the venue, including managing staff and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in management, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
