This role is ideal for a professional with over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a creative approach to data-driven marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and prepare marketing intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize technology and digital platforms to support marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and present company services.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including websites, branding, and brochures, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing internal communications and staff briefings to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support the pre-qualification and tender processes to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Business Development Manager to ensure all marketing material aligns with business goals and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the Engineering & Construction industry is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Construction industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
