About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our Data and AI strategy at Kantar Group. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data and AI Strategy: Create and execute a data and AI strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead Data and AI Architecture: Design and implement data and AI architectures that meet our business needs and ensure alignment with our overall technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical leads, to ensure data and AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Data and AI Roadmap: Develop and maintain a data and AI roadmap that outlines our short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Data Governance: Ensure data governance practices are in place to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data and AI and apply this knowledge to our strategy and architecture.
Requirements
  • Strong Enterprise Architecture Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Data and AI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data and AI technologies, including data lakes, data warehousing, batch data integration, events, and data streaming.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to apply this knowledge to data and AI strategy and architecture.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
