We are seeking a highly skilled Community Healthcare Support Officer to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our nutrition and dietetics service.

Key Tasks:

  1. Provide administrative support to our nutrition and dietetics service, including arranging clinics for patients and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 IT qualification and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to demonstrate an awareness of supporting equality and valuing diversity within their role.
