Role Description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement, and earthworks designs
  • Undertake desk studies, specifying and scoping intrusive ground investigations, producing interpretive reports, geotechnical designs, and recommendations for geotechnical design solutions
  • Use innovative digital tools for producing accurate ground models and for analysis of geotechnical problems and design development
Requirements:
  • Accepted degrees: BEng, BSc, MEng, or MSc in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, or related discipline
  • Graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
