At Network Open, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, in the London areas.
The Role:
- Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements.
- Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties.
- Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults.
- Initial introductions and case history.
- Maintenance of hearing instruments.
- Assist in training other staff.
