Job Overview

This role involves conducting high-quality and child-centred assessments, supporting families experiencing complex difficulties, and writing comprehensive and evidence-based reports. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to achieve positive outcomes for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting assessments that meet the needs of children and their families
  • Developing and implementing support plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective case management
  • Writing reports that provide a clear understanding of a child's needs and circumstances
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
