We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner at our production facility in Bristol. The facility creates flavour blends for some of the world's best-loved brands.

Job Responsibilities
  • Efficient Planning: Plan and schedule non-emergency maintenance work efficiently, working closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate parts, machine availability, and time of maintenance engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with production, supply chain, and maintenance organisations to achieve maintenance objectives while ensuring production meets desired output.

As Maintenance Planner, you'll be responsible for maintaining records and files for analysis and reporting results of work carried out and ensuring files are always audit-ready.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical components and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, tact, and ability to negotiate maintenance needs in balance with other departmental requirements.
  • Craft Knowledge: Adequate craft knowledge to estimate man hours and materials.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills and ideally SAP PM knowledge.
