Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is part of Wasserman's efforts to create positive change with and for communities worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver initiatives, monitor progress, and report on projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP in setting the 3-year direction for social impact, community engagement strategy, and client services across the global organization.
  • Coordinate and lead Impact team interns.
  • Manage the Social Impact calendar for events, conferences, panels, and cultural moments.
  • Assist the VP in responding to client social impact requests, researching nonprofits, and developing cause-related advocacy.
  • Collect and organize data on all Social Impact client-related campaigns and projects.
  • Work closely with the VP to coordinate with the Wasserman Foundation.
  • Support employee year-round staff community engagement and volunteer program.
  • Identify strategic charitable giving opportunities and develop partnership plans to unlock impact at scale.
  • Monitor and report on social impact trends to provide insights and community engagement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, industry peers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant nonprofit or entertainment experience, ideally in programmatic or partnerships roles.
  • Experience in supporting employee volunteerism and mission-driven partnerships and projects.
  • Passion for creating positive change with and for communities.
  • Experience in administration of employee giving and volunteer management platforms.
  • Effective project management skills in complex organizations.
  • Multi-lingual fluency a plus (Spanish preferred).

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment. EEO/AA employer.
