Mechanic Trainee

As an Apprentice Mechanic at Arnold Clark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality vehicle maintenance.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in various areas of vehicle maintenance, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. You'll also work closely with experienced technicians and mentors to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

We offer a comprehensive training programme that includes two weeks of introductory training at our dedicated centre, regular assessments, and ongoing support to help you achieve your qualifications and progress your career.

Our Apprentice Mechanic programme offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 33 days' annual leave, flexible leave, generous employee discounts, private healthcare, and a workplace pension.
