About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Urban Reef in Bournemouth. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

As a Bar and Restaurant Team Member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services, handling customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
