Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swimming Teacher. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver swimming lessons to individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with Fusion's Swim Programme.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Comply with Fusion's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Swimming Teacher.
- A comprehensive training program, including the STA Award qualification, to develop your skills and knowledge as a Swimming Teacher.
