Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Stephensons, a top 150 law firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation law and be able to advise and assist clients with legal problems relating to a broad spectrum of commercial cases.

About the Role
As a Litigation Solicitor with Stephensons, you will work on high value, high quality work without the city centre commute. You will have autonomy over your professional life, deciding how and where you work. The role involves advising and assisting clients with legal problems relating to commercial litigation cases ranging from shareholder disputes to franchise disputes. The work comes from the firm's range of SME clients, larger clients under tender, and legal expense insurers.

What Makes this Role Great?
The work is good quality work from high value clients, with unusual and notable cases including complex shareholder disputes, high value contract disputes, restrictive covenant cases, negligence, construction disputes, and judicial reviews. We have invested in business development and are well placed to win high value quality work from clients and referrers alike. With significant technology investment, you will carry out your role backed by the latest case management software, up-to-date technology, and administrative support.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Degree and LPC level qualification, be a Qualified solicitor, and have previous experience of commercial litigation law. Our ideal candidate will also be comfortable working closely with and receiving support from the department manager/partner for the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.
