We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trackars Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct and the policies and procedures of Trackars Healthcare. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and promote patient-centered care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, share knowledge, and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain currency of skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with best practices in nursing care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) and valid NMC registration.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a nursing home or hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and quality improvement.
