Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to join our team at SRG, a leading global manufacturer of Agricultural Chemicals. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and controlling process plants for manufacturing Agricultural chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop process plants to meet the company's production requirements.
  • Ensure that processes, materials, and quality standards conform to specifications and safety requirements.
  • Project manage CAPEX expenditure on site, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage contractors on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Research and develop processes to reduce costs and increase output, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Process Engineering, providing guidance and support to colleagues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering, with a strong background in Agricultural Chemicals.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Leadership experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Chartered in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
