Our service, Fernhill Court, provides a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support, enabling individuals to develop their skills and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and managing finances
- Encouraging participation in activities and promoting social inclusion
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with individuals, families, and other professionals

Shift patterns include:
- Day shifts: £11.25 per hour weekdays and £12.38 weekends
- Waking Nights: £11.59 per hour weekdays and £12.74 weekends
- Full-time or part-time hours available
- Overtime shifts available with a +£2.50 premium
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays
- 30 days holiday when you start (FTE)
