We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Radiographer to join our team as a Lead Radiographer. As a key member of our radiography department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of radiographers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• Lead and manage a team of radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
• Conduct audits and quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Provide training and development opportunities for radiographers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the effective use of resources, including equipment and personnel, to optimize departmental performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental strategies and plans.

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of radiographers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
