This school caters to students who struggle with mainstream education, offering tailored paths to return to mainstream or further education.

A comprehensive curriculum provides both academic and vocational options based on individual student needs, coupled with opportunities for staff development through training and career advancement.

Salary Range: £120 - £130 Per Day (PAYE)

Main Objectives:
  1. To provide guidance and support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour, drawing upon relevant experience from SEMH schools, PRUs, or similar roles.
  2. To collaborate effectively with teaching staff to manage complex situations involving physical or emotional challenges.
  3. Undertake specialist de-escalation training to improve job performance.
