Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our thriving tax team as a Tax Partner. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded firm in Stoke-on-Trent and contribute to its stable growth.

As a Tax Partner, you will be responsible for providing high-level oversight and direction to the tax team, leading a mixed portfolio, and overseeing workflow. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional tax expertise, educate tax staff and other departments, and represent the company at networking events.

About the Role
  • Lead a thriving tax team and provide high-level oversight and direction
  • Undertake general practice tax work, including compliance assignments and tax planning
  • Oversee workflow, review work completed by tax staff, and provide training to plug knowledge gaps
  • Deliver exceptional tax expertise and educate tax staff and other departments
  • Represent the company at networking events and identify new business opportunities
