Job Title: Senior Payroll Advisor

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client payrolls accurately and securely. You will own the client journey, ensuring service excellence at every step. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing client payrolls timely, accurately and securely
• Owning the client journey and ensuring service excellence
• Answering client queries about their Payroll
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Recording details of all client interactions in the CRM
• Completing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Conducting account reviews
• Raising system bugs and improvement ideas with technical support
• Sharing knowledge with peers to create a team of payroll experts
• Working closely with payroll processors based in Kochi, India
• Maintaining a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance

About You:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience working in payroll, ideally at an advisor or senior advisor level. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build positive customer relationships. It would be beneficial if you had experience operating within an outsourcing service provider. We want someone who is eager to learn and develop, highly organised and methodical in their approach.
