About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Motorsport UK. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering our people strategy and supporting the business in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Manage employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances, in conjunction with the HR & Operations Director.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviews and management training, to ensure the best possible candidates are appointed.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring all employees have clear goals aligned to the organization's strategy.
  • Support the HR & Operations Director in the development and implementation of the organization's learning and development programs.
  • Manage employee safety, wellness, welfare, health, and happiness, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Assist with company-wide communications and management of social committees and staff committees.
Requirements
  • At least Level 3 qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience working at an advisory level within a professional organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong administration skills and accuracy with personnel documentation.
  • Experience of end-to-end employee relations case management.
