About the Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, working closely with engineers and production teams to optimise machining processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming and Operation: Program, set, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
  • Machining: Work to technical drawings and tight tolerances, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and production teams to optimise machining processes and improve productivity.
What You'll Bring
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC turning processes, tooling, and GD&T principles.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machining challenges effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Overtime Opportunities: Optional overtime available on Fridays (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and Saturdays, offering flexibility and additional earning potential.
