Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of utility processes, ensuring efficient maintenance of areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the operations team, including engineering, production, safety, and quality, to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of an engineering maintenance strategy to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure sustained improvements.
  • Share knowledge with team members, update engineering standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized engineering apprenticeship.
  • Experience in a FMCG or food-related industry, preferably in a utilities role or boiler maintenance engineering position.
