**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's UK head office near Barbican.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 10+ years of quantity surveying experience with main contractors or tier 1 developers
* Proven track record of delivering high-profile construction projects
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline
