About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADR Eng Specialists Ltd. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Engineering Manager to carry out reactive repairs to site machinery
  • Complete line changeovers, including replacing tooling, components, and materials
  • Respond to breakdowns and work to PPM's (Predictive Preventive Maintenance)
  • Troubleshoot and perform practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery
  • Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance schedules
  • Follow site H&S procedures and report any risks via the internal reporting process
Requirements
  • Time served engineer, ideally from an FMCG/Chemical engineering environment
  • Recognised Engineering qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/ONC/OND/NVQL3)
  • Accustomed to fast-paced and challenging working environments

  • 3 shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6)
