The Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading annual cyclic projects, managing benefits administration, and collaborating with the people and payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on annual cyclic projects, ensuring objectives and budgets are met
  • Manage benefits administration, including pensions, life assurance, and Group Income Protection
  • Work collaboratively with the people and payroll teams, offering coaching and support to colleagues
  • Provide in-depth reporting on BAU reward activities and project progression
  • Perform ad hoc duties, including managing inboxes and specialist support for benefits in kind

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee benefits management and project leadership
  • Strong understanding of UK pension regulations and ability to liaise with providers
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Payroll and ability to use HRIS and Payroll systems effectively
  • Solid IT literacy, including Excel
